CAMPS IN OKC

The October Lab runs four Sundays, October 4 through October 25, at The Hive Sports Complex in Edmond. Middle school players go 5:30 to 7:00 PM and high school players go 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Fifteen spots per group, so every player gets coached, not just supervised.

• Shooting mechanics and footwork, then game-speed reps
• Finishing, reads and scoring moves in the second half

• Coached by Lou, not an assistant

When Oklahoma City, Edmond and Deer Creek schools are out, Lou runs shooting and scoring clinics around the break. They are two to three days, mornings, at The Hive, and they fill from the families already in the academy first. Dates depend on Lou's touring schedule with the Globetrotters and are announced on this site, on Instagram, and by text to families in the academy.

Clinics are a good first step if your player has never had private coaching. After a clinic, most families book a single 1-on-1 session to see the difference full attention makes.

Lou also runs 90-minute team sessions for school, club and church league teams anywhere in the OKC metro, priced by roster size starting at $250. It works as a preseason shooting day, a mid-season reset, or a reward for a team that has been putting in work. Coaches are welcome on the floor.
